maind helps you reflect on your mental wellbeing on a daily basis, reminding you to write, talk, or log about how you’re doing. maind is designed to support your mental health journey through its recommendations, which, thanks to AI, are 100% individualized for you. Mental health is vital, and getting the right help can be a long road: maind will help you on your journey to a healthier you.

Users sign up with their basic information, like name, email, and country of residence. They can view their past entries, their recommendation history, and find thought exercises. Users are encouraged to log multiple times a day to establish a firm personal baseline and get the most accurate recommendations.

maind operates using artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) to identify overarching themes in logs, and flag reports that indicate mental health issues. The AI has been trained with a vast natural language dataset backed up by research and its accuracy in classifying prevalence of mental illness is 100%. AI is able to detect deviations in moods, symptoms, and behavior and compare them against a baseline to produce a judgment of a users state of wellbeing. maind flags entries it deems display symptoms of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and alerts a maind therapist to review.
